Krista and Adam’s Wedding Day: Where Love, Mountain Views, Faith and Minimalism Meet

Hey there, friend! I’m so excited to share this beautiful and intimate wedding story with you all. K & A’s special day in Millboro, VA was an absolute dream, set against the stunning backdrop of the Virginia mountains. The love and warmth radiated throughout the entire celebration, making it a day to remember for everyone lucky enough to be there.

A day of gifting. K & A loved their people well. From parents to vendors, special friends that played a part in their love story.

Beginning special gifts to her groom, which included an incredible journal documenting their whole first year of dates and adventures, I may have even teared a little bit. A new watch that with custom engraving, that I must ask where she got so I can get my own husband one. Concluding with a special project K and I worked on together for A.

The bride, K, looked absolutely breathtaking in her Oleg Cassini gown from David’s Bridal. It was the perfect choice for this rustic yet elegant mountain wedding. With the lace detail, sweetheart neckline train giving graceful movement as she walked to meet her groom. Her smile was the brightest accessory, and you could truly see the love and excitement in her eyes.

Surrounded by their closest family and friends, K & A exchanged vows on the 8th of September, 2023. The setting couldn’t have been more picturesque. The mountains provided a breathtaking natural decor, and the love in the air was palpable.

What made this wedding even more beautiful was the sense of community and togetherness. It wasn’t just about K & A, but also about the bonds they share with their loved ones. Friendship and faith which mean so much to them, were evident in every aspect of this celebration. The intimacy of the ceremony made it all the more special, and you could feel the genuine emotions in the air. With bit of their faith intertwined into the day, the braiding of the cord, the prayer, the churches venue and their own church family who came to witness their union.
